Good day.
I have a simple question.
What software do you use to monitor the website and domain?
We had two incidents since past a few months.
1, Power supply was down because of hail storm.
2, Credit card server hung again (everybody knows this bug), but it hung at 1:40 AM at Saturday morning.
We are trying to find something robust to response these kind of things.
So please help.

We're using What's Up for monitoring all of our servers and the web. But we're also investigating Spiceworks, since it's hard to beat the price (free).
