Good day.
I have a simple question.
What software do you use to monitor the website and domain?
We had two incidents since past a few months.
1, Power supply was down because of hail storm.
2, Credit card server hung again (everybody knows this bug), but it hung at 1:40 AM at Saturday morning.
We are trying to find something robust to response these kind of things.
So please help.

We use PRTG to monitor our entire environment here at the Ballet.
I'd be happy to give you a demo of the software if you're interested.
It does email alerting and SMS alerting.
