Does anyone know if someone has money on an On Account Payment method - if it can be made available for the patron's use if they log in with their account? Sorry I have crossed posted this question a few times.

This can be accomplished for refunding to a gift certificate. Members can then redeem in TNEW using their gift certificate. Here are the steps for setting this up:
Processing the order:
Return the tickets
Once ticket is returned, instead of applying it to a new seat or to a credit card refund, instead sell them a Gift Certificate on the order.
Complete the order and send them their email confirmation. (TNEW email confirmations will include the gift certificate number for the member)

Display “Gift Certificate Redemption Displayed” in the Payment Page Editor through your Administration Site.
Add content to your email confirmation for Gift Certificate information in LTR_TNEW_Email_Settings>>Receipt_GiftCert_HTML & Receipt_GiftCert_text

The ApplyGCAtCheckout entry in LTR_TNEW_SITE_CONTROLS controls whether or not customers are presented with the option to redeem gift certificates at checkout. When set to True, a pane on the Payment page offers the option to look up a gift certificate by gift certificate number. If the entered gift certificate number is valid, the current balance for the gift certificate is displayed. The customer can then select the desired amount of the available balance to apply to the order. Multiple gift certificates can be applied to the order, and applied gift certificates can be removed from the order before it is completed.

It's more for those of us using the Performance Seat Release report - just curious if we could get that value of the released tickets to populate on TNEW, but alas I knew the answer was no.
