Does anyone know if someone has money on an On Account Payment method - if it can be made available for the patron's use if they log in with their account? Sorry I have crossed posted this question a few times.

Well, we looked into a customization to do this at one point, but never completed it. So it can be done, but you have to have a very good handle on the rules you intend to apply to it so that the person building the customization has a clear spec. We've found that with most payment things, the details can quickly become problematic.
I knew you would chime in Gawain! So nothing "out of the box"; no settings to switch "on"?
