Sometimes we find that we need to test the online sales purchase path in the LIVE environment (mostly related to external partners who want to check the functionality of pixels and what not).
From what I understand, the test credit card numbers (4111) that we use in our TEST instance do not function within the LIVE environment. I was curious if any other organizations have experienced this need and if so, what sort of solutions have you come up with? We are trying to avoid having to refund/reverse real credit cards - especially if its an external partner.
FWIW, we are not self-hosted and are a RAMP organization.
Any advice would be lovely!

Like Gawain, we use real cards and return the transaction immediately. We use corporate cards if possible and are sure to make notes on the order in Tessitura to appease the auditors!
