Unknown Error when Updating LIVE TNEW site

Hello, 

We are in the process of converting to TNEW 7 and have run into an issue. We are suddenly unable to make edits to the LIVE version of our site while set to preview mode. We are still able to edit the TEST site. This issue progressed from user to user until no one was able to edit by Friday. If you make an edit, the browser states "Unknown Error, unable to save".  If you inspect the page it shows the following error:

We have an open support ticket but so far we are coming up empty between Tess Support and Internal IT. 

Has anyone else run into this?

    I'm just noting here so that others see. As you know from your support ticket, we have our developers looking into this but it seems located to your network. It would be great if anyone in the community had a solution to a similar experience to share. I'll update your ticket when we have more info and we'll loop back in this forum post to help others as well.
