I am writing to let you know that we have published a new T-Cast: Troubleshooting the Web API.
This T-Cast, presented by Gregg Stickney, discusses the Tessitura Web API service page, tessitura.asmx. In this two-part T-Cast, we look at the asmx page as an aid in identifying issues related to web operations. The T-Cast is for those licensees that have implemented the Tessitura Web API to integrate Tessitura with their website. Among the topics in this T-Cast are how to access the asmx page, how to manually invoke API methods, and how to review method result sets to determine the cause of web-related issues.

I have had the part 1 T-Cast cut off around 18 minutes in (twice now). The description says it should last 25 minutes and the cut off definitely happens mid-sentance which makes me think this is not planned...
