We are finally switching from paper form to online management of Staff Comps and Discounts through TNEW. YAY!
I have set up a special online Staff MOS, created some rankings, lists and pricing rules to manage everything. Everything is working great! But then I realized that I should probably try to control which price zones Staff is comping into. Cool, cool. I set up an allocation that is tied to the MOS. Works beautifully for comps...
The only problem is that it will restrict staff to purchasing their discounted tickets (they are allowed up to 50% off for up to 10 tickets per production) into the specific zones outlined by the allocation. Ideally, for their discounted tickets, Staff can purchase in any zone they wish. I am struggling on how to implement this complication.
Does anyone have any guidance if they offer staff comps and discounts online?

If (big if) your comp "allocation zones" map to a price zone or zones then you can simply add or remove the price type from those zones. We use this to occasionally restrict certain high-dollar discounts. But I know that our staff comp layout does _not_ conform to a price zone.
