After shelving TRBO for awhile, we are going to give it another go. Couple of questions: how do you close a TRBO batch in TRBO? I've been going into batch administrator to close it which means taking ownership of the batch which we'd rather not do.
2nd question: is the receipt format accessible anywhere as we we would like to customize it?

You cannot close batches from within TRBO, and at present, the receipt format is not customizable beyond the header and footer text in TR_RECEIPT_SETTINGS.
