API Integration Documentation

Hi, Everyone,

We're in the early stages of standing up a new website that will be integrated with Tessitura. All our prospective vendors have requested documentation so they can submit a realistic statement of work and cost structure. What have other folks shared with prospective vendors for this process? Does anyone have the API documentation we can share?

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Thanks!

  • Dear Katie,

Unless I am mistaken, the documentation is mainly integrated within the API.  If you are RAMP, the API for your organization is something like this:

    https://XXXXapp.tessituranetworkramp.com/liveapi/tessituraservice

Where "XXXX" is your organization's four letter designation.  I would have to imagine that your IT department will know how to get there if you are self hosted.

That said, whitelisting IP addresses to that location is usually kept reasonably strictly, and I am not sure about the idea of opening up the API to a whole number of organizations for proposals.  That said, when we did this a year ago, all of the companies that were seriously considered had worked with Tessitura before and so knew what to expect.  But it sounds like you are going in a different direction.

    Best of luck!
