Hello!We are currently testing 15.1 in our test environment and discovered an unique error on TNEW 7. When there is a contribution in the cart and the user selects a SYOS event, the attached error is displayed. We do have a customization when a contribution is added to the cart, a MOS switches from Web (8) to Membership Web (27) to enable the member price types, but we have disable the customization in the mean time to troubleshoot.The functionality works as expected in live (https://tickets.nyu.edu/donate/contribute1)To experience the issue in test:1. https://test-na-nyun.tn.services/donate/contribute1 then select an individual membership2. Continue shopping and select Big Dance on 11/83. Select the section on the seat map and the error is displayedWhat is also interested is the user can click the purchase Best Available Seating and tickets can be selected. We've been in touch with TN Support but interested to learn if anyone else experienced this issue or has any suggestions to resolve the error.Thanks,Joe

I will be the first to say that more of my knowledge is in databases than website design (though, as all, I continue to expand! ). But the first thoughts I have run like this. Firstly, what version of TNEW are you on? Version 7? Secondly, is the membership in the cart being sold as a membership itself or as a donation? I would assume donation, but that might be because we do not really sell memberships like that. At any rate, there IS an odd thing with TNEW involving the order notes field and web donations that tripped me up a little bit ago during our upgrade. Here is a link to the thread that helped me out. If it is not that, then I am at a loss, and I leave it to someone smarter than me.

Thanks John! We are on TNEW 7. The contribution is being sold as a donation and then the membership being added later. This looks a bit in depth for me, but I appreciate the suggestion. I heard back from support and they being our situation is a defect and they are looking into it.
