Just wondering if anyone has customized their TNEW email confirmation template so that it pulls the initiator of the order instead of the owner?
This question has come up as a result of the setting in T_DEFAULTS - Transact_As_Household_Web, which must be set to 'Yes' for TNEW sites. Because of this, if an individual logs into their account and purchases tickets, the order is pushed to the household and the individual that logged in is recorded as the initiator of the order. One member of our consortium would rather that the individual that purchased the tickets be addressed in the confirmation, so we are looking for some ideas on how to do this.
We're currently playing around with customizing the email confirmation and trying to collect as much information as possible, but can't find much beyond the SOAP API documentation listing the order confirmation data.
Has anyone successfully done this? Any other outside the box ideas?
