We just recently published our TNMP app. We wanted to make sure we have a grasp on push notifications, so we started doing some testing. One of the staff who has an apple watch received a test notification and informed us it went out to her watch first but the specified action did not take place when she tapped it. All she could do from the watch was dismiss it. Once dismissed, the notification was gone and she couldn't view it from phone or watch. We are a bit worried about this functionality, and wondering if any other TNMP users have ideas on how to deal with this. We're hoping to take full advantage of push notifications and don't want to lose out on any contact points because of this.
