Hi all! We're currently in Tessitura V15.1.1 in Test (going Live next week) but we're still in V6 of TNEW. The big issue that I'm running into is that renewals are not appearing properly on TNEW. If I have a rollover in my account, I'm able to log in, and the next page shows that I have a renewal, but instead of my order information, I get "Order # - Amount Due: NaN" in bold letters. In other words, it's a big error and it does not allow me to proceed. Apparently there haven't been any issues reported with this in V7 for clients who are on V15. Has anyone else who's on V15 but is on TNEW V6 run into this?
I wonder if this is specific to 15.1? We just went through our entire renewal period with one of our organizations on 15.0 and TNEW v6 and it worked smoothly. Hopefully that helps narrow it down?
I think Anna might be on to something there -- I think we were on v15 (and v6) for part of our renewal period and I do not recall box office alerting me to any issues like you have described.

Well that would explain it. We went straight to 15.1 in Test, and then we got 15.1.1 but unfortunately that didn't help the rollover issue. The staff on the ticket I have open have assured me that this isn't an issue with 15.1 and TNEW7.
