Our Symphony is trying to minimize the amount of manual intervention needed to handle their Simple Donations (v6 term; Checkout Donation in v7) and are considering having them processed directly into a fund rather than an On Account payment method. We were also hoping that there would be a way to add specific text via LTR_TNEW_DYN_EMAIL_CONTENT to acknowledge these gifts. However, if there is some way, we're not finding it. All ideas welcome and appreciated!

You can add a block of text in LTR_TNEW_DYN_EMAIL_CONTENT. Just add a line in the table and select the contribution type contribution that is associated with the contribution type in LTR_TNEW_CONTRIB_TYPE and there's a content column to add the text you want. be sure to only fill out the Contribution Type column and not the Production, Production Season, Performance, Package, or PriceType as this table only allows one of these columns to be used in each line.

Thanks for the response. I didn't think that the Simple Contribution/Checkout Donation was configured in the LTR_TNEW_CONTRIB_TYPE table, though - it's just the add-on donation during checkout, not a donation via the contribution page(s)?
