We're on first year of TNEW and are having a few issues with online renewals. I've set up Seating Requests to save to a CSI but they don't seem to save. I've confirmed the setting can create a valid CSI. I've turned on Seating Notes - Renewals in Component editor. Is there something I'm missing?
Any other guidance about renewals would welcome too!

If you're able to create a CSI in Tessitura using the same settings that are listed in LTR_TN_EXPRESS_WEB_DEFAULTS then it sounds like we may need to take a look at a few things. I've taken the liberty to submit this as a TASK ticket on your behalf.
