We're currently working through setup of v7 and exploring all the new functionality. We think defaulting to Listings view rather than Calendar will work best for us, with Performances Display Enabled set to True. We want to change the date formatting for the performances that then display in the Listings view, however all the edit date format options in the Listing/Calendar Display Component only edit the date formats in Calendar view and changing how performances dates display in the Product Type Editor only change date formatting on the performance pages. I might be missing something obvious - but I can't figure this out. Has anyone else come across this and figured out what setting we need to change?

Hi Tim,
The "Date Format" and "Time Format" properties in the product type editor should control the way date and time displays for a performance - wherever the performance displays on TNEW (listing page, event detail page, cart, etc.). Those can be set at product type level and then you can override it at the performance level (if you want to for some reason) in the product editor.
I double checked on one of our internal sites (see screenshot) and you can see I set the date format at the product type level for Black Swan to be DD/MM/YYYY and then overrode that for one performance in the product editor to be dddd dd MMM yyyy.
If you mke these adjustments in the product type editor and don't immediately see the updates, I would recommend clearing cache on the home page of the admin to make sure you are getting the latest and greatest settings.

Thank you Nara. I've cleared the cache and it's now displaying as we want it to - so we'd obviously done everything correctly it was just taking longer to update the Listings page.
