We are looking into purchasing a Surface for concessions. Does anyone know the minimum system requirements (i.e. process size, size of hard drive, RAM etc.). Thank you.

For running tessitura? 128 ssd, 4gb ram, i7 would do it. If you can swing I would bump the ram to the 8gb model.
I run Tessitura fine off my Surface Go, the mini more portable version, has an Intel Gold 4415Y and 8GB RAM with 128GB SSD. They are even cheaper than the Surface Pros and as long as you're not doing heavy weight work are more than comfortable with a bit of Tessitura operation.I've managed to do web development on it too, I love it!
