We have limited concession tickets sold online to Collect at Box only, using LTR_TNEW_DYN_SHIPPING_METHOD.
Having a Concession ticket in an order with Full price ticket the delivery method to Collect at Box Office only i.e. no post out option is available which is what we expect.
We also now have PAH tickets and at the moment ONLY Full Price tickets are offered the PAH option.
However now an order with a Concession ticket and a Full time ticket has a Post Out option - how do we get around this?
You may want to add the full price tickets too with all the options you want. I was reading the documentation today, and if multiple tickets overlap it lets the chooses the most restrictive option.
Note: If multiple items in the cart have overlapping entries in this table, the most restrictive set of shipping methods is used. For example, the cart contains Performance A and Performance B. Performance A has two applicable entries in the table, one HABO and one PAHT. Performance B has one applicable entry in the table for HABO. Only the HABO shipping method will be presented to the user as it is the only shipping method valid for both items in the cart.

It was also brought to my attention yesterday the because I had just FULL price against delivery method PAH - that was the only delivery offered online so I added COBO and Post to full price which of course fixed that. I'm hoping it will also fix the original issue as per your reply.
. . . and yes just tested it and issue resolved. when a concession ticket is in the cart no delivery methods are offered - confirmation says Collect at Box Office : your cart contains etc etc
