Hello everyone,
So...today I had one of those aha moments we talk about at TLCC. I just realized we can make cart survey answers point to the custom tab in orders, and therefore answer questions on that tab. I also realized you could make this be worded for renewals. Of course, the survey is visible on all purchases so there is that caveat. But, you can turn this feature on and off and adjust what language is on that feature.
I just thought I'd share and see if anyone else has done this yet? If not, I'll be happy to share my findings once we put it into full practice and see what happens.
