TNew Payment Plan Problems

Hi all, 

We just launched TNew V6 (and can't wait to get on V7 already, lol) and are using the new TNew payment plans. We discovered today that if someone selects an event with a fee embedded in it for the payment plan (our payment plans cost a few bucks), they can cash out the transaction and get charged full price if they somehow overlook the radio button to select the payment plan and don't generate it...

Anyone else have this issue? We're already requesting some sort of fix so we can require those things to be selected, if they've opted for them, but weren't sure if this was a common problem or if we're an anomaly...

  • We ran in to UX issues with the double activation of the payments plans in v6 as well. We did a couple resets of language and I've stopped hearing about orders we had to manually refund and rebuild--though I can't say whether that's about the language making a difference or the main period of those web sales winding down.
