We have a designated channel set up for TNMP sales, and we no longer use the TNMP mobile website, so we can certainly see which customers are making purchases through the app, but is anyone trying to track which customers are simply using the app (i.e. browsing material, loading tickets, etc.)? I'd just like to be able to see a list of customers that I could confirm have used the app.
Hi Gawain, you can see which customers are using the mobile website or app via unique Google Analytics codes placed in your TNMP control panel. That might give you what you are wanting to see.
