We just recently switched to TNEW v7 and we are getting 20+ second load times on some pages. We are getting phone calls from visitors thinking our site is broken.
Is anyone else running into these issues too? If you have how did you resolve it?

We've had similar issues with v6: call support immediately. You might also check or ask them to check the size of the web session table.
Thanks for the fast response Gawain. We have been having this issue for a while and have been actively working with tessitura support to resolve it. I relayed your suggestion to them. Partially I just wanted to see if we were the only ones with this problem. Thanks!
