We are looking for a way to be notified when inventory for a performance is less than 20 tickets so that we can say it is sold out online. Is anyone doing something like this or have any ideas?

We have a local procedure that runs that looks at either the number of seats of a % amount left for a performance and then based on that will add a content type to a performance to display sold out messaging.The seats or percentage level is set in a custom table which means our Box Office Manager can set it as needed.
