Hello - we have a peer-to-peer session planned for TLCC2018 called "Digital User Experience Testing" where we are looking for presenters. Here is a description of the session:
You have data. You have patrons. You have staff. How do you make these three assets work together to serve a culture of data-informed decisions? Hear from people in the field about the tools they've used, the strategies they've implemented, and the people they've brought on board to create a data driven culture.
We would be very interested in having presentations that feature any A/B testing with email campaigns, websites and/or mobile apps, and show how data gathered from the testing was used.
