Can you all let me know if you are using the gift certificate feature in TNEW? I'd love to go to your TNEW site and see how you are wording/managing the messaging around their usage. It seems like no matter what we do our visitors are confused about what they are and the process (people don't read). We have tried calling them Gift Codes, Online Gift Cards, E-Gift Certificates, etc. People still call and tell us they never received their gift cards/certificates.
If you use the Gift certificate feature in TNEW what are you delivering to your customers and what are you calling them?

Hi Heidi,
Ours is much the same. You'll see a sample there as well. We've only had GCs since Xmas and the since October. We also have low volume as I process them by hand. Getting the wording right is a tricky business and with testing with a bunch of people. We also have separate gift cards through our dance class app (Mindbody) so keeping the wording distinct was important
