TNEW Packages Visibility After Rollover (and how to stop it)

We are experiencing an issue that just seems odd. We have recently gone live with Tessitura. We have a Broadway season package we rolled over successfully (using a customization created by TNEW). Now when we roll over one of our resident companies, we are having an issue. Whenever we roll them over, their orders are instantly visible in their account when logged into TNEW. We have removed MOS, changed dates of price types, removed keywords...essentially done everything to not make the rolled package visible online. And yet, the package is still visible.

Have any of you run into this problem before? When you roll your subscriptions in Live, are they instantly visible online? If they are (perhaps because you have multiple types of packages for different groups that go on-sale at different times), how did you handle this?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
