Hi,
We have used Rank Based MOS in the past for annual online pre-sale. This year when I activate the Rank Based MOS it is causing that MOS to show to the general public who aren't logged in. Then when you do log in, it shows you the regular concerts that are available instead of the pre-sale ones.
Basically it is doing the reverse of what you would expect.
Any ideas on what could be causing that to happen?

Have had a similar issue in the past where the ranking had been added to the account used by the web site in anonymous mode.
This sounds like issue you are having as when not logged in your use the account with the ranking on but once you log in the account you log in to doesn't have it.
Check you Anonymous Web User constituent account and remove the ranking if it is there.
