Recipients online

Hello

Is there anyone out there who is giving the option to add recipient online? we would like to be able to add recipients through our website to orders 

and superpackages on base seat level. Is there anyone who is doing something like that on there website? And are any of you able to advice us on which api calls to use?

We are not on TNEW.

  • When I was at The Public, we used a custom field on the ticket order to account for the pick-up name. We found the recipient field on the line item doesn't really speak to anything/live anywhere else so we couldn't easily create an automated system to update it. The patron would simply add a pick-up name on the web (custom site), and it would auto-populate the custom ticket field. All of our ticketing reports were updated to reference this information as well.

    I imagine you could do something similar with TNEW Custom Form Data and link it to a simple proc in LTR_TNEW_CUSTOM_FORM_SAVE_DATA.
