This might be a bit basic but I activated the simple donation function that appears on the shipping page (we are still on TNEW v6). I linked it up to our On account fund. It seems to look ok but the donation doesn't follow through into the cart.
Any thoughts on what the problem may be?

One thing about the shipping page is that the user needs to select the shipping method first since the page needs to load additional shipping form fields for some shipping methods. If you enter an amount prior to selecting a shipping method, it could be wiped away when the address fields are populating. I had a quick look and the donation made it to the shipping page when I tested it. Feel free to submit a TASK ticket if you need any additional help.

Thanks for the notes Jessica. Indeed it did work for me as well. I did the setup in the Test environment yesterday and tried it out several times after I had just set it up and the donation wasn't following through to the cart. I did notice the shipping method that needed to be selected first. One hour later when I tried it again all was working correctly so I set it up on the Live site as well. I figured it was just a cache memory thing. Glad it all works now.
