Does anyone know a way a patron can create a CSI via the ticketing www page that would populate in their account? They would have to log into their account to leave the message. *** Thinking of a way to capture exchange requests in Tess vs setting up google docs. Also interested in this feature for talent/staff to use to request comps.

Are you talking about TNEW or is this a third party site?
If the former, you could create a customization to run on the precart page. In either event, you'd be using API CSI calls, which are pretty straightforward.
