Print at home Gift Certificates

Hi All,

We're in the process of making Gift Certificates available to buy online. The difficulty is deciding the best way to send a digital version of the certificates to the customer. Is there a way we can do this the same way that a print at home ticket would be sent? Otherwise I'm looking extracting the ticket template from Tessitura, populating it and sending via our own application. This is perfectly feasible, but don't want to reinvent the wheel if I don't have to.

Currently using V12.5

Thanks

Huw

So have come up with a solution that generates the gift voucher as a pdf and attaches to an email to mirror the user experience of the print at home tickets. That all works nicely now. However in doing a test transaction, where the only thing in my basket is the gift certificate I get the following error.

TESSITURA_INVALID_ORDER_EXCEPTION: There is not a valid order associated with the current session.

This presumably because there are no line items in the order. I'm sure I've encountered this before and found a way round but can't for the life of me remember how I did it.

    Any ideas?
