Good morning! We are a museum with timed entry. We use the web content field to populate our marketing site with which portions of our historic site are available at each entry: https://www.fords.org/visit/historic-site/?date=2018-03-08. We were getting ready to put the April-May schedule live but we are having sync issues. Some dates are populating, and some dates are not.
From our developer:
"When we make a call to Tessitura to return all performances the metadata / WebContent fields for that performance are not returned. If we ask for just the performances on that specific date, it does return the metadata. The strange thing is that a lot of metadata is coming through for other performances (18,976 records to be exact) so it doesn't appear to be wholesale broken."
If we sort the performance IDs, 2442 to 2459 all work, while 2460 on don't. We're wondering if there is something in the way the events were copied that could affect if the metadata is returned. From double-checking the events, they are all built identically.
Has anyone had similar issues? Thanks for your thoughts!
