I've just tested signing up to our short email registration and spotted that when entered, the default setting in Tessitura marks the E-market restirction on the General Tab as Not Asked. Which means we're not able to contact them due to new data protection rules. And therefore defeats the point of having this functionality.
Is there a way of changing this default setting so the E-market restriction is Yes to Email?
Is there also a way of changing everyone who's signed up this way in the past so they are now Yes to Email?
Also, could some one point me in the right direction as to where to find how to change the email wording/design that then get sent once people sign up?
(I have access to most system tables now but our Administrator is off sick so no-one here can help!)

Hi Vicky,
I believe all installations of TNEW in the UK will link to the custom DP screen as opposed to the e-marketing restriction on the general tab. It should be one of the radio buttons on your custom tab.
