Hi Laura,
We’re glad that you and others are getting excited about v7.0. So are we! Brian is right - the best way to know what the latest is right now is to come to our sprint reviews. Every two weeks we present what we have been working on and provide updates on the status of v7. It’s also a great way for you to provide feedback or ask questions. If you can’t come to the sprint reviews, I encourage you to watch the recordings which we post on our roadmap page: http://www.tessituranetwork.com/network/Products/Web%20Products%20Roadmap.aspx
If you aren’t already, you can also receive our Web Products newsletter. For either the newsletter or the sprint reviews, you can sign up to receive the newsletter and sprint review invites on the My Account Page here on Tessituranetwork.com. We are currently working on v6.5.0 which actually includes the ability to transact in v7 with single tickets, gift certificate and contributions. We are hoping to have that released in the next month for beta testing and will also be publishing a What’s New/What’s Changing overview to whet your appetite!
Our current estimate for the initial release of v7 is 2nd quarter of 2017. This will include a new responsive user experience for Account Management, Single Ticket w/SYOS, Development, Gift Certificates, Cart and Checkout.
We will then be working on the next set of features including packages, payment plans, account history, guest checkout, and template management. These will be released iteratively as they are completed so hopefully you can take advantage of the features sooner as they become available. Right now we are targeting fixed packages by mid-summer though we are still doing a bit of planning.
Thanks for checking in!
