Issues with setting up group sales pricing rule on web

Hi everyone, We're trying to setup a pricing rule on our website through the API for groups of 10 or more. We successfully managed to set this up on our test instance of Tessitura however when we set this up through our live instance it does not work through the API. If the web mode of sale is chosen from the Tessitura application the discount rule does apply however?! Has anyone else had a similar problem?? Overview so far: - Created pricing rule set with relevant pricing rules - Set MOS to use the pricing rule set - Set Price Type / MOS on all relevant price types - Set Price Type / User Group to accept web API Using V12.5.1 As I say this setup is identical to the test instance which works fine, the code on the website is identical in both cases so can only assume it is something to do with how we have setup the Tessitura application? Thanks very much!

  • Hi William, If you are changing price types, you might check that the Web User Group in Live Security has access to the group price type. You can also prove out your theory that the Tessitura Setup in Live is good by logging in as someone in the web user group and trying to trigger the rule in a live order. Hope that helps! If not, feel free to submit a TASK ticket and we'll help you get to the bottom of it. Karyn
