TNEW Round UP Customizations

Hello, We are on TNEW and are looking to start a round up campaign online. I found Seattle Opera's which we really like but I was wondering if anyone else out there would be willing to share what they have done. We have a "formula" we use when asking for round up gifts on the phone so I am assuming the logic can be built in to replicate that. We were initially thinking of a precart page but the way Seattle has theirs on the payment page cuts out the extra click. Thanks in advance. Michael

    Hi Michael, We do this on the cart.aspx page and have had it in play for many years. It works great. Essentially when you get to the cart the procedure does some maths and suggests a round up amount, and also blocks off the submit order button until you have clicked an option - round up, enter another amount, or don't donate. The maths we use is to start with 2% of the cart total, then round up to the nearest x based on this logic: If less than 100, round up to nearest 10 If less than 350, round up to nearest 20 If less than 750, round up to nearest 50 If less than 100,000, round up to nearest 100 Hope that helps dgh
