I have successfully set-up a messaging rule in the Tessitura client and am now wanting to have that messaging rule show up on TNEW. I have added a TNEW message type to the rule, applied the pricing set to the online MOS, and adjusted the site controls system tables. But yet, the message is not showing up on the TNEW site. What I am missing?

Hi Joseph,
It looks like Grant Park Music Festival is running TNEW v5.5, in order for the messaging rules to function properly you'll need to upgrade the consortium to the latest version of TNEW.
If you're ready to upgrade your TNEW sites, please submit a TASK ticket in the Web Products Workspace and we'll get that process started for you.
The pricing rule itself should function with v5.5, but the messaging portion requires v6+.
