So I am relatively new to Tessitura and TNEW. Our organization just set up TNEW to sell tickets and our flexpass show package a little over a month ago and that has been working really well. Today I noticed that all our performances and packages can be seen under the AUXListing page, which is odd because I haven't used any keywords to list them as auxiliary items. Has anyone encountered this before? It's concerning because it breaks down our packages into individual tickets and this is not something I want patrons to see.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
