I know I've seen a post somewhere about adding 5 minutes to the shopping cart based on activity. Of course, I didn't save it.
Can anyone point me in the right direction for this? We're looking at dropping our cart time out down from 20 minutes so we don't unnecessarily lock up seats, but want to provide for add on time in case someone needs longer.
