I recently received the following query from our Online Ticketing Department (to be honest, I cannot remember whether the issue they mention in the query existed prior to our recent upgrade or not, but I would be really grateful of some feedback). Here's the query:
'I have noticed something a little strange this morning which has not (to my knowledge) happened before. When you ask for a password reminder via the website, once it has been sent, TT automatically changes the status in the ‘log-in’ field of the customer record to say that the last ‘web login’ was the time that the password was requested. This is a bit misleading (and incorrect) and could lead us to impart the wrong information to a customer. Any ideas?'

I don't know the answer but this is really helpful information if that's correct - we had exactly the same issue last week and I couldn't work out why a customer was telling me he couldn't log in when I could see that he (apparently) had!
So I'd be interested to know the answer too.
