I can't figure where this error is coming from. Using Tessitura.asmx page I ran sendcredentials for a test. I get this response back.
System.ArgumentException: The parameter 'from' cannot be an empty string. Parameter name: from
the "from" field for web.config and T-defaults are both filled in
What is the organization in T_DEFAULTS for that key?
Organization? There isn't a organization ID for Cred email entry in T_Defaults

You need an entry for Tessitura Web, not just Impresario in T_DEFAULTS.
Parent Table: Tessitura Web
Field Name: CRED_EMAIL_FROM
Default value: {yourdefaultemail@yourdomain.com}
Does that make sense?
