TNEW at Small Organizations

Any small organizations using TNEW/TNMP, how has your job descriptions changed since taking on the TNEW features? We are in the process of upgrading but we see that we will also need to switch around job descriptions/responsibilities. We have a small team, and many of us wear MANY different hats in the Tessitura world. 

We have:

2 Ticket Office Managers (Main and Asst.)

11 Student callers

1 Marketing Program director (in charge of inputing data on the website) 

1 Marketing Director

1 Creative Director (in charge of design)
