Here's the session description:
What are the unique digital challenges faced by a consortium? How do organizations jointly develop, test, and implement custom digital processes? What roles do their lead implementers have? In this session, we will discuss how various consortium organizations cooperate with and benefit from each other using shared websites and mobile applications. We will discuss alternative setups used and show there is not just one way to make things work.
The session will take place Tuesday, August 9, 2016, from 9:00 a.m. – 10:15 a.m.
