Performance Header presenting with \

I've just completed updating the web content for our 16/17 season.  When I circled back to proof the information, I've discovered that while my "more information" button brings up the correct data it is adding a \ before the apostrophe in the title bar.

So instead of Beethoven's Symphony No. 5 I'm getting Beethoven\'s Symphony No. 5

It is only the header that is affected - none of the other punctuation or html is causing issues.  it's extra odd because there is no HTML in any of the production names.

Below is a link to what I am seeing - just click on the "more information" button for any performance with ' in it's title.  Any help would be very appreciated.

  • Is the website pulling the concert title from Tessitura? If so, it's possible that you may need to use the ALT code for an apostrophe instead of just typing it off the keyboard. I've found this happens sometimes on tickets as well. If it's not pulling directly from Tessitura, have you checked the system tables associated with content for TNEW?

If none of that is the case, then I'm at a loss.

Sidebar - hi Michelle. I hope you're loving AZ.
