TNEW Email Confirmation Error

Hello,

We have encountered an error when attempting to re-send a confirmation email to a user.  First, a bit of background; There is a custom order confirmation Email message on one of our Productions through the LTR_TNEW_DYN_EMAIL_CONTENT system table.

One of the customers who purchased a performance ticket in this production needed a re-sent confirmation, but was given an error:

"We're sorry!


There was a problem retrieving your cart contents. Please contact the box office to receive a corrected receipt for this order."

None of the cart contents appear and none of the custom content from our dynamic email is displayed.  It's strange because this works totally fine on the Test environment but our Live environment generates this error.

We are in a consortium so have several "different" confirmation emails.  I sent one of the other organization's confirmation emails just to test and discovered that it displayed all the information correctly in the email (with the exception of the DYN_EMAIL_CONTENT, obviously) without generating the "cart content" error.

Any idea what is going on here?
