We are currently in the middle of a hall renovation and next season we will be performing in a temporary venue. The space has several micro zones and we don't want all those micro zones to display on our TNEW site, it looks messy.
We looked at the TR_ZONE_GROUP, set up some zones in the table and tried them on our TNEW site but they don't seem to be working. We still see all the micro zones. Is anyone using these? If so, other than the table and assigning the zones created in the table to our facility map, is there anything else we need to do?

There's an issue we ran into--zone grouping only works for the default pricetype for an MOS. This was a barrier for us and we can't use it as is. I believe this will be fixed in v14. We're going to revisit it once the pricetype issue is resolved.

I put in a ticket about this back in Feb 2016 and was told it wasn't avialable in TNEW yet. There was an enhancement request for this but I don't know if the newest version of TNEW will support zone groups.
