I am wondering if there is a way to have the select best seat function work without the patron needing to select the zone? Instead the best zone would just automatically be selected, and if it was full would move onto the next best seating zone.
In the theater our best seating zone is a mere 18 seats so it sells out often. When patrons choose select best seats option this zone is automatically selected and presents a message that states Limited Availability: Only (#) Tickets Remain! This misleads some patrons to believe the entire performance is almost sold out rather than just this particular zone. It is not overtly obvious that they would simply have to select a different zone. This comment has been passed along to us often enough for us to not simply see it as a user error.
It would be great to know if this is possible or if anyone else receives these types of comments too.
