I have just created a new performance and we've set it up to sell on line. Everything is showing and working correctly with the performance, however it is listed as the first performance on the TNEW site even though both it's ID number and the performance date should have it near the end of the listings.
Any idea why this would be happening? I have built many additional performances and I've never seen this before.
I appreciate any assistance!
Michelle
Hi Michelle, do you have a link that you can share to help demonstrate your question?

Hi Sam,
Here is the link to our web page:
https://tickets.phoenixsymphony.org/single/EventListing.aspx
As you can see, the Star Wars performance for May is at the top of the list. I occurred to me this morning that I copied this from an existing Star Wars performance that was held in February. Could that original date be "stuck" somewhere?
Hi Michelle,
TNEW uses the "first date" field of the production to order the list on the EventListing page. The "first date" of Star Wars is in 2015 and the "first date" field of the other productions are in 2016.
That is interesting - and a bit problematic. We're getting more and more agile with your programming so this will crop up frequently for us.
Looks like the best thing to do is to build a new production of the added shows but that will split revenue between productions.
Enhancement request?
I built a little tool that will allow you to arbitrarily reorder your prod seasons on the event listing page. Find it here:

Email web_dev@tessituranetwork.com if you need access to the Bitbucket.
Thank you!
That will help immensely in these situations!
