We are currently having a new website developed (moving to a new provider). Admittedly I am struggling because I have had no experience with web api at all.
Our web developer has sent me the below query. Can anyone help with deciphering what has happened? The set-up on Tessitura appears to be okay:
There are two 'price' data sets which come through from Tessitura on each performance - one is just called 'price', this only includes the regular prices though (i.e. price_type 1) - this was what I was using originally, which meant the concession prices were not showing. The other is titled 'allprice' - this includes the concessions, but also includes the offer prices. I can't see a way to differentiate between them in order to only show the concessions, not the offers. Just wondering if you know of a way this can be filtered, either your end or mine.
